Nike Reimagines the Aqua Sock
Water sports probably aren’t the first thing that come to mind when you think of Nike footwear, but the sportswear giant has a long history of well-crafted water shoes. Originally released back in 1989, the Geoff Hollister-designed Aqua Sock went on to become one of the most ubiquitous ACG silhouettes of the ’90s thanks to its bold colorways, minimalist design, and successors like the Aqua Sock Too and Aqua Sock Classic. Now the Swoosh is revisiting the lineage with its latest addition to the Aqua Sock stable: the Aqua Sock 360. Debuting in “Total Crimson” and dark grey colorways, the design is the perfect modern take on the silhouettes of old and couples a slip-on upper of Engineered Mesh with a supportive external heel counter and flexible segmented sole unit.
Perfect for kayaking this summer, the Aqua Sock 360 is available now via atmos and should be making its way to additional NSW stockists soon.
