Unveils the New Parley UltraBOOST X
Season after season, adidas by Stella McCartney continues to push boundaries and to create the perfect running shoes for women. As a vocal activist for environmental protection, the British designer has recently linked up with Three Stripes again to launch an eco-friendly sneaker, the Parley UltraBOOST X.
Crafted with style and sustainability in mind, the low-top shoe is designed not only to enhance every run, but also to make a difference to our planet. With their shared passion for eco-innovation, adidas and McCartney have joined forces to create a new silhouette as part of the sports giant’s partnership with Parley for the Oceans.
Designed to reflect the natural form of the female foot, the sneaker sees a sock-like fit and a lacing system that supports quick-fire movements. Upcycled from plastic waste intercepted in the coastal areas of the Maldives, the high-performance Parley Ocean Plastic yarn is knitted into the shoe’s breathable Primeknit upper. Staying true to the designer’s effortlessly chic aesthetics, the runner has a sleek white base color and is decorated with hints of burgundy and light blue. All these sit atop a clean, white BOOST sole unit.
Priced at $200 USD, you can now purchase the adidas by Stella McCartney Parley UltraBOOST X online and in-store at select adidas retailers. Take a closer look at the sneaker below.
